BILLING: We never charge you for time; i.e per 1/4 hour,1/2 hour, or any other timed charges. This means that the price you're quoted at estimate is the price you pay.(After all, why should you, the customer, have to pay more just because the job took slightly longer than anticipated?) This is why we use what we call C.P.I billing. So, whether the repair takes 15 mins. or 2 hrs., you still only pay the price originally quoted. Better still, we don't even charge retail prices for parts. Altogether, a better all round deal for our customers & associates. |
